About

Working in a lab you tend to focus on your little, highly specific part of a certain cell type or disease and sometimes forget about the big picture. So with this blog I want to look out into the big world and talk all things science, immunology and life in a lab.

So follow Immunoblogist to learn about the immune system, life in the lab and the methods used to make scientific discoveries. The blog discusses current news about immunology (think Corona pandemic or new immune therapies for cancer or autoimmune diseases) – but not in a sensationalist big headline kind of way but by explaining the science behind it.

  1. I just read your latest blog about the letter in nature which was presented at our journal club today. The audience were a variety of clinicians and hospital laboratory staff. I wish the person who presented this was one of you guys. You have made it so simple to understand. Thank you . I really enjoyed reading it.
